Richie K - $1,000/month

Hey! My name is Richie and I'll be working at NYU. In my free time I like to stay active (gym, yoga, whatever) and welcome company in doing so. I also read, watch movies, and play guitar. Ideally would like a roommate that I could be good friends with and do some of the same things with to an extent, but also having our own personal lives too. I like to keep my room, the kitchen etc. pretty orderly and clean, and would hope a future roommate would help maintain a clean communal space.
