A graduate student at NYU and an introverted Gemini. She loves to cook, listen to music, sing in the shower and do yoga. Sometimes she likes to go out but really also loves to chill at home with her cats.

The apt. is right by 149th Grand Concourse Station, where there are 2, 4 and 5 trains. We also have at a walking distance a great Dominican dinner and a Target, as well as other shops.

Here are some other details: Starting August

- 35-40 min commute to Union Square (NYU) @ South Bronx (149th and Grand Concourse)
- Its a spacious sunny (big window) hardwood furnished room with a huge closet and AC unit
- A rare find in the city, for $1,300 all utilities included: internet, water, electric, ac, and gas.
- Full kitchen and bathroom with tub.
- The apartment has a deck and a patio with grill.
- Private entrance to your furnished room.
- No dogs :( | cats yes!
- Subleasing terms are negotiable, from a couple of months to a year.
- $200 non-refundable fee.
- Room for one person.
- I can't accept Section 8 as this is a sublet with a roommate unless stated otherwise.
