Allie L - $1,200/month

Hey! My name Is Allie. I currently work for a tech start-up in Greenwich Village. My co-worker and I just recently finished raising our first round of funding. Thus, I need to be in NYC more often than just a few days a month. I am looking for a room to rent for Fall 2018 ONLY. I am not able to sign a 1 year lease. I will be splitting my time between NYC & Alexandria, VA and will most likely not be around much on the weekends.

I grew up in NE Pennsylvania, so very familiar with NYC. I finished my undergrad degree through East Stroudsburg University and my MBA at Shippensburg University of PA.
I am very active and enjoy being outdoors. I am set to run my 3rd marathon this fall, so I will be training heavily in my spare time. I am a pretty clean individual and do not intend on having many things up here in NYC.
