Large Room in Lovely Historic 3-Bed Apartment

I am travelling and would like to sublet my room this summer. There is a possibility that I am away for longer and you would be able to extend your stay.

The room:
The room is bright, large (11.5'x12.5'), with period features including historic shutters, molding and a fireplace. It is huge by NY standards.

The apartment:
This is a 3 bedroom historic apartment in the heart of Bed-Stuy. The apartment is really spacious and gets tons of natural light. It was recently renovated but has maintained the charm of all original features – fireplace, moldings, high ceilings. The shared spaces consist of a galley kitchen w/lots of storage, and a separate dining area. The living room has been converted into a workspace, and there will be a desk space available should you need it to share with the 3rd roommate.

We have a quiet setup here as the landlord, who is in his 80s, lives on the ground floor. This is an ideal place of respite to come back to. It is not a party house.

The Area:
Supermarket one block away, Laundry across the street. 10 minute walk from A/C trains at Nostrand Ave and G train at Bedford-Nostrand Around the corner from bars and restaurants on Tompkins Ave. 20-30 minutes to Bushwick and Williamsburg by bus.

About this lister:
We are 2 late 20s/early 30s creative females looking for a like-minded kind, considerate individual. We both work full time jobs, and work on our own projects outside of that time, so we're looking for someone that is considerate, and wants their home to be a calm, clean place of respite.

Dates are flexible, but we are looking to rent from Aug 11th if possible. The room is available for a month, and possibly longer.

Rent: $950 pro rata. Deposit: $200 (which you will receive on move out day should there be no damages)
The rent includes gas, electricity, and internet.
