Farah M - $900/month

My name is Farah and I am looking for a roommate share in an either 2 or 3 bedroom in Astoria.
I work in Human Resources for a financial management company in Midtown and am originally from Las Vegas, NV. My hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm and often I go out after work (as this is NYC after all)! I tend to work long hours during the week and from time to time on weekends. I have lived in NYC for over seven years and am excited about the prospect of moving into a new apartment and getting to know some awesome, new roommates! Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, cooking, and discovering hidden gems in the city (restaurants, art exhibits, etc).

Logistics wise, I do not have any pets and am a non-smoker. I've shared living spaces since my early college years and am a polite, easygoing, and organized person who will be able to pay rent on time every month. I am able to sign a year lease or commit to a long-term month to month lease as well. I am happy to provide references for old roommates I have lived with in the past too.
