I am a young 62 year old female. I have 2 small dogs and 2 cats who are very clean and relatively quiet (dogs bark when someone is at the door, as dogs do). I collect SS, so I will always have rent money. I take care of my 86 year old dad who lives in Astoria, Queens and would prefer to live close by so as to get to him asap in the event of an emergency. I am open to living in Manhattan. I am personable, responsible, respectful, quiet and very clean. I can supply as many character references as you need.
