We have a bedroom available in our 3 bed/3 bath apartment (yep, everyone has their own bathroom. It's a beautiful thing.) We're exclusively looking for someone to get on the lease, starting on September 1st. The lease would end June 1, 2020 (which you could always renew).
Aside from having your own bathroom, the apartment also comes with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher!
The apartment is in a fantastic location — a 5-minute walk from the 145th 1-train stop, and a 10-minute walk from the AC/BD. Lots of bars and restaurants around, and it's a short walk to Riverside State Park.
About your roommates: two ladies in their early/mid-twenties. One who works in healthcare at a school, the other who works in television production. We also have an adorable cat!
