Hey, I'm Courtney! I'm a middle school orchestra teacher on LI, but I really loved living in Manhattan this summer while I was at grad school. I'm looking for a place that I can get to the city fairly quickly but still have a reasonable commute to work. I'm a musician, powerlifter, yoga enthusiast, and love finding coffee shops.

While my budget is $1200/month, I'm definitely open to having more than one roommate to help cut costs. I'd prefer female roommates, but would be willing to have male roommates as long as it's a platonic and respectful situation (I'm straight, but definitely LGBTQ+ friendly). As a side note, having a parking spot/garage is going to be super important to me when looking at apartments since I'll need to drive to work.
