Looking for a new Roomate to move into 1 Bedroom with Flex

My roommate and I have lived here for two years and have LOVED IT! Our doormen are great, we have an awesome location (34th and park, so 30 seconds from the 6 train) and our balcony has an amazing view of the Empire State Building which is two blocks away. We have a great rooftop, and our apartment has brand new amenities. Sadly my roommate is moving out because she actually is buying a place (moving up in the world!) but I would LOVE to stay here.

The apartment is in a luxury building, and we have laundry in the building. Our wall has been set up, but we would have to renew the lease for another two years ($1000 split amongst us two). We have a great living room that is furnished.

I am looking to have someone replace my roommate's room which is very large, can hold a king bed, and has a closet.
