One of our roommates got a job in Philly so he's moving out at the end of the lease. The apartment is a 3bed, 2 bath with a full living room, full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. We also have a full view of the skyline (from the world trade center all the way up past midtown). We also have a free gym in the building and a rooftop pool.
It's super conveniently located (5-10 mins from the N,W, 7, F, E, M, R, G) so it takes me 15 mins door to door from the apartment to my work on 5th ave. Both of us are lawyers so we tend to spend most of the time during the week in the office but enjoy going out on the weekends. We stay pretty clean but not OCD. Did we mention we have a rooftop pool? lol
