Hi Guys!
I am looking for a Female twenty/thirty-something roommate to fill the smaller bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment starting AUG 1st (one year lease).
About the apartment:
There is a large living room space, one bathroom, and a large kitchen area. We are on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. The apartment is located only 2 blocks away from the STEINWAY ST stop that has the R & M train. It is a very fun area to live in, lots of bars and restaurants near by.
About us:
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other upper twenty females, both in creative fields. We work 9-5 jobs and like to come home to relax. We are very friendly and easy going, and like to keep the apartment clean!
About the room:
- fits full size bed, has a window.
- Furniture in room for sale at bundle price. (lofted bed frame, full size mattress, dresser, desk, small drawer set, shelves in room, bookcase, full length mirror).
Requirements:
- One year lease (JUNE 1st - MAY 31st)
