-Easy-going, kind, friendly, respectful, quiet, healthy, and very clean!
-Teacher: often work long hours and am not looking for someone who likes to party or have a ton of guests during the week--weekends are totally fine, and I'm also okay with overnight guests during the week as long as they are respectful
-Am looking for a place with parking access, as I will be driving to work each day (am okay with street parking as long as its availability is pretty much guaranteed)
-Do not need to be "best friends" with roommate but I do enjoy going out to dinner/drinks/events occasionally if that is something one is interested in; I'm also totally fine if you prefer to keep to yourself/do your own thing
-Into health/wellness/fitness and I love trying out new restaurants/cafes
-Good communication is key, pick up after yourself, etc.
