Hello! I am leaving Hoboken & am looking for someone to take over my room starting June 1st. Located on 8th & Park Ave, which is a great mid-town location with a 15-minute walk to the PATH & 126 bus lines just a few minutes away. Also within 5 minutes of many cute parks, shops, restaurants. There is a backyard with a grill, table, & chairs and also a basement w/ a washer & drier where you can store extra stuff. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is one bathroom (with a lovely rainfall-type showerhead) that is shared. The building is very friendly and lowkey, with about 10 apartments total.

My roommate Angela will be staying, and she is seeking a friendly, clean, kind, and considerate person to take my room. Angela is 30 and prefers someone in the 25-35 age range! She loves art, music, Pittsburgh sports, writing, and is very easygoing. She is an artist and has many beautiful paintings hanging :) The room is on the smaller size, as you can see from the photos (that's a queen sized bed in the room) but includes great closet storage, an AC unit, and a fire escape in the window that faces the backyard (the photo of the building is the back view). The furniture that you see in the room will not be there, but furniture for the other rooms is there.

Rent is $900/month and doesn't include cable & electric. The security deposit would be due as well by June 1st (month and a half rent), and this lease is for 1 year.
