I’m a 24-yo male working in insurance. Currently living in Chelsea and looking to move on 2/1/16, but the moving date can be flexible. I’m looking for two roommates to rent a luxury rental apartment (2-bedroom & 2-bathroom) in midtown or downtown Manhattan. The ideal price range will be somewhere between $1,200-$2,000/per month depends on the room type and amenities. I’m looking for people who are non-smokers, have stable job/income, respect other people’s living space and don’t bring parties home (occasional guests are okay).
