Beautiful Apartment - Bed-Stuy

Hello!

My roomates and I are looking for a new roommate to replace one that is moving on. Should be accepting of all. Move in date would be April 1st. (May be able to move in sooner if needed)

This is a great apartment for the price ($900), everything is fairly new and modernized. 2 floors. Central heating/air. Private roof. 2 Bathrooms. Washer/Dryer in building.

The apartment is in Bed-Stuy between the Myrtle and Kosciuszko stops on the J train. There are some great places to eat, drink, ect (It's NY, you know the deal).

Trying to keep the common areas clean (doesn't have to be perfect, but looking for descent).

About roomates:
We all work 9-5's essentially and have some sort of life outside the apartment. All friendly.

One is a girl, late-twenties, who works assisting foster care families, goes to grad-school, reads, bakes.

One is a guy, mid-twenties works in advertising, plays ambient/electronic music, into health and fitness.

I am a guy in my mid-20's, work supporting people with special needs, I play music, write, love comedy (stand-up, improv, you name it), study languages.
