My name is Logan, and I'm trying to escape South Florida and get full-time work in NYC. I'm into a lot of different stuff; theatre, rugby, music, etc. so I'm up for anything. I double majored in economics and psychology at Drew University in Jersey and was super involved in all sorts of other stuff.

As a roommate, I'm laid back, but a straightforward communicator. My last group of roommates and I made a (non-legally binding) contract where we voiced our concerns and created systems to deal with potential problems before they became an issue. Everything was clear; we never had any fights (I wouldn't expect a contract here, but its certainly an option!). I would describe myself as clean, but not perfect. The type of guy who's room gets a little messy during the week but is clean before weeks end. Also 420 friendly.
