I'm looking for a room or people to go apt hunting with for a move-in date between May 15 and June 1st. Ideally looking for a permanent situation and would like to sign a lease that's at least a year. Therefore, I really want to find someone to live with that I can get along with well, enjoy Netflix and movie nights with, and cook the occasional meal together. Open to living with more than one other person, male or female, close to the same age as me.

A bit about me - I'm a 25 y/o female in the media/entertainment industry. I have a stead 9-6, M-F. I'm relaxed, care about keeping things clean, and am all about open communication in a living situation. I like to bake, watch movies, drink wine, hang with friends. Love to throw a good dinner party, but never usually anything crazy.

Max rent is about $1300, though cheaper would be even better. Oh, and if there's a dishwasher that's VERY preferred because I have a nut allergy and need to keep dishes clean!!
