Located right around the corner from the G train Bedford-Nostrand and around a ton of restaurants. This is for January 1st move-in. I am 26 years old, down to earth, super chill and responsible. The apartment comes with a living room that is fully furnished, bathroom, kitchen, dining/common area, a large storage closet and private access to the backyard. The top floor is going to be shared by the 2 roommates. I have my own private space downstairs which has its own living room, bathroom and entrance. The room for $1100 has its own private entrance also, lots of natural sunlight from the front of the house and a spacious closet. Trust me the apartment is way nicer in person lol. 420 friendly. The top floor (shown in photos) is going to be shared by the 2 roommates. I have my own private space downstairs which has its own living room, bathroom and entrance. I am not picky as to whom I have as a roommate as long as you're chill, understanding, can pay the bills on time and is 420 friendly. First months rent and security is all that is required.
