I'm clean and always pick up after myself. I work from 9-6 but I am usually working out after work or relaxing with some TV. I do not throw parties but would like a place where I may invite friends from time to time.

In addition, I've lived with many people from multiple backgrounds so I'm pretty easy to get along with.
