I've sailed around the world twice, and once booked a trip to Japan six hours before takeoff. During the day, I help Fortune 500 companies make sense of the world. At night, I'm a photographer and dreamer, mostly thinking about my next adventures and long-term goal of developing hotels in cool places around the world.
I recently moved to the city from Vancouver to take a new job in tech - I have a good network of friends here (and happy to introduce you to them!), mostly young professionals and students who I'm usually grabbing dinner or exploring the city with.
As a roommate I like to keep things pretty clean and tidy (grime free bathrooms, tidied kitchen, etc.) but I'm not super OCD about it. One of my goals for this year is to host bi-weekly dinners where I invite a different group of interesting people in the city each time, and would love for my roommate to co-host that with me!
We don't have to be best friends or anything and overall I'm respectful of people's privacy - just would be cool to live with someone who's down to live the best version of their life in the city.

Looking for a roommate at this 1055 sqft 2 bed 1 bath apartment - brand new, 11ft ceilings, over-sized windows, hardwood floors, full kitchen with state of the art appliances (includes a dishwasher), in-unit washer/dryer, tons of storage, doorman + buzzer.
The open concept living/dining room + kitchen is massive and couldn't be better suited for entertaining; I'm looking to host a few dinner parties a month here to get to know/connect interesting people in the city, so would be great to co-host it with you! The superintendent and his wife are sweet and are good-hearted people who personally know and interact with all the tenants like family.
As for location:
The building is right beside the A, B, C, D, 2, 3 subway lines, and it takes at most 20 minutes direct to midtown making it closer to downtown than most places in Brooklyn. There's three gyms across the street (Blink, NYSC, and Planet Fitness), and a Whole Foods one block away, as well as a CVS and three banks (Chase, TD, Capital One).
