Looking to search for or move into a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. I have some nice furniture and plenty of kitchen gear that will be coming with me. Looking to find a place before the first.

Im pretty introverted and prefer going out to meet friends. I would describe myself as curious, kind, genuine, analytical, and a good listener. I work remotely part time (I get paid well, rent wont be an issue). I will be looking for a new non-remote job once I move, OR I will keep my part time job and start working in a restaurant at night (always had a passion for food).

When I'm not working, I enjoy composing (classical and flamenco), playing guitar, and side software projects. I am 420/LGTBQ/kink friendly. I'm into D&D, reading, biking, hiking, fine dining, sake, and thought provoking intellectual debates that challenges oneself.

I want to live with someone who also wants to keeps the common areas clean, isn't a party person nor have people over more than 2 times a week, is comfortable communicating and being honest. I dont expect to be best friends, but friendly acquaintances is the minimum.
