My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to join us on a 1 year/3 bedroom lease starting 4/1. We currently live in a 4BR in Williamsburg and would prefer to stay here or in the surrounding areas. We are looking simply because we want more space.

Quick background about who you'd be living with - we met 2 years ago through a mutual friend and have lived together for most of that time. We are clean, neat, respectful and considerate working professionals. We're from NY/NJ. I'm in tech recruiting and he is in software sales (both 9-5 type jobs with some late days). We enjoy bars, concerts, beer, 420 friendly, sports, outdoors, reading, cooking, etc. We're down to earth and frankly, pretty typical dudes. Work hard play hard as they say.
