This is a 5 month sublease December 1 - April 1 with the option of renewing the lease with us if things work out.
About Us:
Two young professionals (32 and 28) - she works in Sports Marketing I work in TV/Film. We're serious about our careers but like to stop and smell the roses too. Definitely work hard/play hard environment. We like to keep the place pretty clean and respect each other's space, but we also like to have a good time. We're out and about most weekends and we'd like someone who's down to chill and party with us on occasion. Michelle and I met through Diggs a year and a half ago, and we've basically been best friends ever since.
About You:
In an ideal world, you're our third musketeer! We're looking for someone who is responsible and respectful, but also pretty laid back and down to go with the flow. Someone who is excited to explore the city, grab a drink at a local bar, see a movie, or go to a concert/house music show.
About the Room:
+Not huge, but big enough to fit a queen size bed and small dresser.
+Some closet space as well
+AC/heating unit
Amenities:
+Large living room/common space (furnished)
+High ceilings/lots of light
+Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Dishes, etc.
