Looking for a female roommate, ideally in her 30s, to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Hoboken, Weehawken, West New York areas.

I'm a single female financial services professional and work long hours. Looking for a place that is in a safe neighborhood that is clean and quiet with a laundry in unit or on site. I work in midtown Manhattan and would prefer a place with easy access to Manhattan.

I am easy going, super friendly and quiet. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. I cook about once a week, mostly on Sundays.

I would love to have a roommate who is tidy, responsible and friendly. Since I am fairly new to the area, I would appreciate a friend as well!

My budget is $1,200 (including ALL utilities). Looking to move in by May 21st.
