My name is Sara and I'm looking for 1 person to fill 1 private bedroom, in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The room needs to be filled no later than September 15th,* but available before then if you can swing it *
The apartment is filled with incredibly beautiful, well preserved woodwork and 2 tenants, myself and my dog Vida. I am a full time student re entering the world of college after 10 years of retail management. I'm back in school with the intention of graduating with a masters in Clinical Psychology. This means I'll be busy at work for the next 4 years, spending a fair amount of time at home studying, completing assignments. I'm really looking for a roommate who will help contribute to the necessary atmosphere I need to be successful.
Ideally, you are considerate of noise levels, clean, someone who is very aware of how their actions effects others, excellent communicator with both positive and constructive feedback on personal and house related subjects. Passive aggressive behavior totttttally won't work in this house. You must love and respect my dog as this is her home too. She's small, smart, clean and lovable! Well behaved and potty trained. Vida is unfortunately the only dog allowed in our home, so if you have an animal of your own, they won't be able to live here with us.
The room is 1,600, utility's and all amenities included; such as paper goods, soaps etc. I will of course, pro rate the monthly rent based on the day you actually move in.
Deposit is 2,000 and will be returned in full if all is left the way you found it. Respecting the wooden floors is the key here.

The photos I have attached of your room are not the greatest and I apologize. My current roommate is in the middle of moving her belongings so the aesthetics rnt exciting, but the rest of the house is pretty true as for what to expect.
