I am a well established entrepreneur, explore creativity in spare time, and love to stay healthy. Been practicing Yoga for many years, prefer to read and travel, versus tv. I still work Monday through Friday (regular hours & sometimes more). However my work is also my passion. It takes me traveling a lot for speaking engagements and the like. Overall I'm easy going at home. Looking forward to co-habitating with someone who can work with this (at least). By Jan. 1, this newly renovated space will be fully furnished (beautifully) with electric and wifi all set up.
The communal space is massive and has a wonderful city views.
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with sprawling living room in between.
Each bedroom can fit a full or queen bed, with nice build in closets and windows.
This place is an amazing price for what it is and likely that's because it is a 6 story walk up. Personally I appreciate the built-in exercise, though I know that may not be for everybody.
Downstairs on the block are the cutest cafes, bars and shops, though it is 100% quiet upstairs as we are so high up. Also nice view of the empire state building from windows.
I am open to a longer lease, though let's begin with 6 months and see how it goes.
