Hi there! I am looking to move to NYC in the next few months, ideally early winter. I am open to different areas, but would like to have parking available, as well as a doorman/elevator. I am a manager for a wine supplier and tend to work from home 3 days/week and travel the other days. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends & family, staying active (running, yoga, HIIT), trying new restaurants, wine tasting, going to concerts, shopping and cooking. I am very clean and respectful, drug/drama free and like to socialize with friends, but only on the weekends. I am looking for a female roommate around my age, who is also clean, doesn't smoke/do drugs or have pets (highly allergic to cats, some hypoallergenic dogs may be ok) and wouldn't mind going out for a bite to eat or a glass of wine once in a while!
**Update: I found a huge, gorgeous 2 bedroom in LIC that my friend is looking to break his lease on. Its extremely discounted and the views are incredible. Approx $1,600 each/month for immediate Dec move in!
