Hey - moved to NYC a few months back from San Francisco, decided to grab a summer sublease since it was quicker and came furnished. That summer sublease is up end of August and I'd like to find a more stable place to call home!

I'm a cool calm and collected dude from California - I keep things clean and always stay true to my responsibilities. I work as a management consultant within finance, and my company offices are up in Midtown at the Rockefeller center. If I'm not working I like to keep active (running/soccer/gym) and on the weekends I do like to go out with friends and enjoy that NYC fun. I speak Spanish fluently (parents are from Venezuela) and speak French conversationally (used to live in France), and I play the piano...
