Currently living in Battery Park City by Brookfield Place, I’m looking to relocate to a neighborhood that’s easier for my commute and closer to my office and looking for anything in Midtown or in the UES or UWS. Availability to move is flexible, but am also looking for someone to take over my lease in a huge 2 bed/flex 3 with 2 baths with my 2 roommates (lease goes until June 2019 and rent is $1593).

Beautiful luxury apartment rentals in Battery Park City right behind Brookfield Place, 10 minute walk to almost all trains through Westfield Mall/Fulton Street. First floor with a concealed view from the street and a small view of the Hudson. Easy access to the water esplanade for morning or evening runs, and even has great amenities like laundry in building, doorman, package room, easy maintenance, gym, outdoor pool and roof deck! Would be sharing apartment with 2 roommates, one in her 30’s, the other in her mid-20’s. You get the huge flex room (14x10), which fits so much furniture for me (queen sized bed, shelving unit, dresser, chair, etc), and you’d have use of the outside closets as it is the flex room, but it has a full wall and door. Lots of beautiful natural light and each room has its own AC/heating unit. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate (the one in the master bedroom has her own), but she’s hardly ever home so you have the bathroom for yourself essentially. There’s a fully renovated kitchen with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The lease runs through next June 2019, would need to take over my portion of the lease as I’m moving in with my boyfriend, and of course, you have the option to renew after then.
