The room is unfurnished but it features a small walk-in closet and is located away from Pine Street traffic. It is about 12' by 7' and rents for $1,200 per month and that includes the utilities, cable tv & internet. accessi. The shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished and that includes the living room, kitchenette, bathroom & water closet which are kept clean on average. The coin operated washers and dryers are located downstairs. The building is centrally located between 2 SF Muni bus lines and the Cable Cars on California Street all within a 2 block radius. If you do drive there is residential street parking available and there are private garages available for rent throughout the neighborhood. There's a Trader Joe's store and a Whole Foods market within walking distance to the apartment and a wide variety of international restaurants and eateries also located within walking distance as well. The local park is the famous Nob Hill Square 2 blocks away.
