Washer and dryer in garage. Sunny wrap-around yard, BBQ and lovely hang-out spots. If you like to garden - great. Yard is maintained by outside service so yard work is optional. One mile from Linda Mar State Beach. Lots of open space nearby. If you are into mt. biking, there are world-class tracks near the house. Surfing, hiking and beautiful scenery all available just outside the front door. Easy commute to SF and Peninsula locations.
The room can be furnished or not. Currently has a very comfortable memory mattress (double), bed frame and dresser, closet, built-in cabinet above closet and common area storage for toiletries etc. Bedroom window faces West, private, quiet. If you like to see birds and green space when you open your eyes in the morning, this place is for you.
