Stef A - $1,100/month

Hello!

I am a 29 year old Female looking to rent a room in Manhattan or eventually Astoria. Please not too small but doesn't have to be huge either, decent sized closed preferred.
I am easy going and like to keep things clean. It would be great if my roommate would be around the same age. I am 420 friendly and I go out sometimes.
I work as a server in Manhattan and I do some online business too so my income is steady and I am a serious and reliable person.
I have a small 10lb dog (Yorkie) and I would prefer to live with someone who likes dogs.
I am not in a rush, but ideally I would like to move in before December 1st.
