The space: we have roof access, a backyard (with access from our apartment), laundry in building, and a badass neighborhood with tons of bars, coffee shops, and nacho macho.
5 min walk to the 2/3 (Eastern Parkway), 8 min to Q/B(7 ave) and 4/5 (Franklin), and 12 min to the C (Clinton Washington).
Lease starts Dec. 15th. Rent is $1,050 a month. Utilities run about $70-80 a month. Security deposit is $1,050.
We also have a smedium dog ziggy!
