Cute apartment in East Williamsburg!

Hi there! I am currently living in this wonderful two bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg. I am looking for a subletter for my current room until end of August (possibly longer if you want to renew lease). My current roommate would still be living here in the other room until current lease is up. Both rooms are equal in size, and both have access to a shared patio in the back. We also have access to a big roof with nice views of Manhattan, and washer and dryer in the building. The building requires a security code to get in and is very safe. We are on the third floor of a four story walk-up. We are very close to the Montrose stop off the L, and the Broadway J/Z, M, and G stops. Tons of awesome restaurants and bars in the area. We have wood floors, all stainless-steel appliances, and tons of closet and storage space. We have kept it in great condition and it was just painted this year. It's a quiet area and we've never encountered any sort of issue while living here. I need someone who's able to move in as soon as Dec 15th or as late as Jan 1st, but no later.
