Hi there! I’m Ashley and My boyfriend, Julian, and I are looking for a room for rent for 6 months to a year. We are future teachers graduating soon looking to move to the city. I am originally from queens and he is from Orlando, Florida. In hopes to move closer to family and work in the city, we are hoping to find someone who is willing to rent a room to the both of us. We have lived together for 4 years and have been in a relationship for 6. We have always have had roommates and are looking to move to NY and save some money for a year before moving on our own. We cook often and rarely drink. We do not mind people over but we are not partiers. When we come home we look for a place to relax and wind down. Being from Orlando, we are very friendly but also like our personal space. We are very laid back and fairly clean. We will both be in school getting our masters as well as working, so when we move, our schedules will be tight, hence why are looking for a place to relax and wind down.
