We are currently looking for a 3rd new female party that would like to renew with us together the lease of our spacious 3 Bedroom apartment in East Harlem for another year or 1.5 years. The new lease starts in July 2018 and the room will be available to move in starting in July 2018 is well. We are 2 young female professionals in our 20s and 30s working in Midtown.The apartment is newly renovated, clean and spacious with lots of shops nearby (Target, Cosco, Marshalls, grocery stories). The area is safe with the bus station and 6 train close by. Its an easy commute for Einstein Employees. Rent for each person is 1050$ (heat included ) and electricity and internet will be extra per month (usually per person 30-50 $ in total). The kitchen is fully furnished and the room that will be available is spacious (Queen size bed fits room) and has lots of light.
