Palmer M G - $1,800/month

I live in the city and I have been staying at my parent's apartment while I was trying to find a job. Ideally, I would like to move out in September as I begin working after labor day in Soho. I am very social but also value time to myself. My ideal roommate would not care if I had people over to drink or hang out after bars. They would want to hang out but would have their own friends. I am very down to earth and don't get obsessive or angry about very many things but I definitely want a roommate who wants to have fun and is considerate!
