I just ended a 14 year career as a High School History Teacher in Salem Oregon and recently decided to leave that career and take the leap to move to NYC. Looking for an apartment to begin October 1st, although I will not officially be moving until October 8th or 9th. Coming to NYC without a job but with a solid savings and great credit. I am friendly, honest, a good communicator, well-balanced between being social and a homebody. Love happy hours, trivia, walking, some good old trash TV, going to the movies and finding a quiet place to read.
