Looking to move to New York City as soon as I find a job that pays the same wages I am making upstate. Looking to move to a more diverse community. Seeks a quiet, professional roommate that is LGBT friendly, respectful, intelligent, kind, and fair in all matters. Can only pay a maximum of $1000 a month in rent and would prefer to pay less but I understand the expense of living in the city. Since I have never lived in the city before, this is an experiment for me to determine if I can be happy in this setting. If it doesn't work out, there is always the possibility I would seek to move when my lease is up if not sooner but I am optimistic this is the change I need to jumpstart more excitement and happiness in my life.
