Hey Everyone, I'm a really relaxed guy, tidy, considerate and thoughtful. I'm looking for similar people to find an apartment with. I work Monday-Friday, 08.30-6pm. Ideally I'd like a furnished place, but it's not essential if the apartment is good. I'm a non smoker with no pets. I'd like to live in Manhattan, anywhere from FiDi to Upper East Side. I work in Midtown so this is probably the most convenient areas for me to commute from. I like to go out for drinks with work colleagues from time to time. I would be very conscious of coming home late and not making noise to disturb my housemates - I would expect the same. I'm only new to the city so still discovering and making friends. Thanks.
