Hi, I’m new to NYC and looking for a real no/flex bedroom in Manhattan. I am looking for a 6 month or longer lease. I have a normal 9-5 work schedule. I like to relax during the week and go out on weekends to explore bars and restaurants. I don’t cook much and I’m not religious. I am a clean person and like having a fairly clean apartment. I don’t smoke and prefer a roommate and space that is also non-smoking and drug free. I wouldn’t mind becoming friends with my roommate if we are compatible, but we don’t have to force anything. Happy to chat and get to know each other a little bit before coming to see the pace.
