Hi! This is my first time using this site so here’s a little about me.. My name is Erica. I’m 29 and work in the Real estate Industry, on the HR side of things, specifically supporting the CEO in our corporate office on the Upper East Side. I was born on Long Island and raised in South Florida. I moved to Manhattan two and a half years ago and LOVE it.

I think it's important to include your daily lifestyles and routines because you want to know who you're living with and if you would even click! I can definitely say my life stays pretty consistent every week/weekend. I work Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 ish pm. I take gym classes Monday - Thursday after work, around 6:30pm, come home, shower, maybe cook dinner (which I try to do once or twice a week FOR the rest of the week) and relax.

Weekends are different. I'm usually out and about exploring during the day (like i said before, I moved here two and a half years ago and there is still so much to see!) and at night, I typically go out with friends or relax inside. My current roommates and I have nights where we keep to ourselves in our own bedrooms and other nights where we congregate on the couch and watch our favorite TV shows. I can really go either way. I like my alone time but I'm very social as well!

This room is in Kips Bay and very specious! It has a lot of natural sunlight with AC/heat inside the room. It is 1625 + utilities usually comes to about $1725.
