Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom that will be available in my apartment starting Nov 1st (could potentially prorate October if it's a good fit). The lease ends July 31 2018, and I'm not interested in resigning, so the new roommate is more than welcome to inquire for themselves.
I'm a Special Events Coordinator at an art auction house, and my work/personal life balance changes depending on where we are in the sale season. Our busy months are September until early December, and then end of February to May. When I'm really busy, I usually come home and crash, rest on the weekends, hardly cook at home. When I'm not super busy from work, I like to watch tv, cook dinner, read or draw, or do some kind of 'home improvement' project.
I really like a clean apartment, dishes washed within the same day, bathrooms clean, etc. I also understand that apartments get 'lived in' and city apartments are small, so it can be hard to keep things spotless!

The room could come partially furnished if you're interested. My roommate is moving out because she is getting married, and will not need some of this furniture anymore!
The living room and kitchen are furnished for the most part.
By the Q train, the 456, the M15SBS, and the crosstown M86.
Utilities would be electric and gas through ConEd, wifi, and then however we would want to split up tv charges. Currently have an Amazon Fire Stick with different tv app charges, but am not married to anything.
I feel like I'm forgetting a lot of things.. Feel free to ask!
Oh, and pictures are definitely coming - just a bit hard to share since my roommate has been packing before her wedding!
