Apartment is on 14th floor, it's a corner apartment with lots of windows. The building is luxury with 24/7 doorman. Laundry room is on second floor with lots of machines. There is also a good gym/lounge in the building, which can be used for a additional membership fee. There is a furnished roof top in the building, which is open for summer.

The apartment building is very close to subways N, R,1, C, E, just few minutes walk.
