Hi! My name is Jaclyn and I'm looking for a roommate to resign my lease with me Jan 1st, for my 2br apt in Financial District. I'm pretty low key and enjoy hanging out with friends outside of the apartment on the weekends. I rarely bring people back however totally fine with a roommate bringing back friends! I'm clean and considerate as a roommate, and do my part to keep a peaceful and tidy home. It would be great to be friends with my roommate but also happy keeping it casual. My current roommate is taking most of the living room furniture, so we can refurnish the common space together and make it a new home when you move in. I'm fine with buying the new pieces, and also open to any furniture you may want to bring with you. Either work for me!
