Hi, I'm a 29 year old professional working in private equity real estate and have lived in Manhattan for the past 6 years. I work 9am-8pm or later some nights, and also travel a decent amount. I'm looking for a roommate to sign a lease with ideally feb 1, as my current lease on 14th and 8th st is up Jan 31st. I've lived here for the last 2 years- great location, but small 5 fl walkup and 14th st is incredibly loud. I lived with an awesome girl I met on craigslist for the last 3 years, but she was unemployed for awhile and ultimately had to move back home.

I started a new job 6 months ago and with the salary increase I'm willing to pay more for a bigger apartment. Location preferences are WV, EV, Greenwich village, Chelsea, soho/noho/nolita, but can be fairly flexible as long as it isn't above 23rd street haha. More about me - love trying new restaurants, bars, weekend trips with friends (storm king, the dia, my family beach house, korean spas, music festivals, etc.), always up for a good time. I'm looking for a respectful, easygoing, friendly roommate who's also an independent professional.
