The room comes fully furnished with a full-size bed and air con unit. It contains a closet and has one window that overlooks an alley way. Despite the central location, no street noise can be heard from the room.
About the roommates:
2 male/late 20s/working professionals. We are usually either at work or out enjoying the city. When in the apartment we are quiet, respectable and considerate.
About the sublet:
The sublet begins July 15th (can be flexible to start in August 1st) and lasts 8 months through the end February 2019, at which point you will have the option to sign a formal lease. No brokers fee, no application fee required.
