I moved to NYC about 3 years ago from Boston, MA.
I work in advertising/data in New Jersey and also have a part time job on the weekends, so I'm not at the apartment much.
When I am home, I like a clean, easy, quiet place to just relax, without too many visitors/guests because the space is small.
I enjoy running and trying new exercise classes or activities to stay in shape. I also compete in a lot of Spartan races.
I don't cook, mostly because I never have time, and like to keep the apartment clean.

The apartment is small, but has a nice big open kitchen. The bedrooms both fit a full size bed and the available bedroom gets the entire hall closet right outside the room.
The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled and are cute and clean.
The apartment gets a lot of natural light.
There IS laundry in the building!! And there is also laundry service on the block and they are reasonably priced.
Currently have WiFi in the apartment and I would like to continue to have this cost split with a roommate.
Pets are welcome in the building, but I don't have any pets and I honestly have never heard neighbors' pets.
The apartment has a long entry hallway so we're set back from the other tenants and it's very quiet.
