Looking for a Roommate for Bay Ridge, Brooklyn! :) TRAIN LOCATED DOWN THE BLOCK. 25-30 minute train ride to NYC!!

The home is located DOWN THE BLOCK FROM THE TRAIN! It is very easy and convenient to get to NYC. It is only about a 25-30 minute train ride. I am renting a single room in a two bedroom house. The home has a furnished living room, dining room and sun polar and is on the first floor in a two family house.

Price: 1150 per month. Hot water and electric is included.

Room: Bedroom also contains an air conditioner, radiator, a private closet and a window. Additional storage space on top of the door. The bedroom is about 100 square feet. You can easily fit a full or queen size bed. You are also allowed to paint the room if you don't want the pink and green colors.

Rest of house: The whole home is about 1200 square feet consisting of a sun polar, dining room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The whole home is furnished except for the bedroom for rent. The kitchen contains a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. The home is located on the first floor of a two family house.

Me: I'm a 25 year old NYC DOE teacher. Born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. I'm ambitious and friendly. I love keeping the house clean.

Looking for a roommate that is: Honest, clean and somewhat friendly. Someone that will keep the shared areas clean as well. Pays their rent on time. Non smoker, NO drugs. Respectful- respect goes a long way! Shuts off lights/ electric when leaving the room.

Conveniently located down the block from the R train (it's literally on the corner)
Supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and laundromat in walking distance - right down the block.

I don't mind if you'd like to stay 6 months or a year- whatever works for you!

Must pay first and last months rent to start.

Move in date 9/15/17 or 10/1/17.
