Hi everyone! I'm looking for a subletter to come in and take over my portion of the lease October 1st since I'll be moving in with my boyfriend. I currently have two other roommates, 22 and 25, who are really fun and easy-going girls. They are gym-goers during the week and like to go out in Hoboken on the weekends. One is a cat owner but the cat is so so cute and keeps to herself.

The apartment is located in uptown Hoboken and is within walking distance of everything you need (nysc, trader joes, cvs, an amazing coffee shop). It's a 3 minute walk to the bus stop if you're commuting to work in the city. The apartment itself is huge! My room is the biggest with its own half-bath. Very bright with a huge closet space and perfect for if you need a desk to do some work. Washer and dryer is located in the basement of the building, the apartment has a full kitchen and large common area for watching tv or having friends over.

Rent is $1124.66 plus utilities which comes out to roughly $50 dollars a month.
